Bimergen Energy shares rise after Q2 revenue reaches $7.9 million
Bimergen Energy Corporation shares gained 3.01% in after-hours trading on Monday after the energy infrastructure developer reported second-quarter revenue of $7.9 million and adjusted earnings of $0.22 per share, supported by transactions involving battery energy storage projects. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Bimergen generated net income of $1.6 million and adjusted EBITDA of $3.9 million. The company said it has received $11 million in cash to date in connection with revenue recognised during the second quarter, strengthening its financial position as it continues developing its battery storage portfolio. Bimergen expects to recognise another $2.6 million of revenue during the third quarter related to a project transaction that closed on July 15, 2026, and is due to receive an additional $2.5 million payment once the relevant joint venture reaches the notice-to-proceed milestone. As part of the consideration received through the transactions, Bimergen secured a 7.5% equity interest in three battery energy storage projects, which management expects to generate additional long-term value as the developments progress towards commercial operation.
