Mr. Theeraphong Mahatham has tendered his resignation as a director of Bangkok Asset Intergroup Public Company Limited, or BKA, effective from 31 July 2026 onwards. The resignation covers three positions: independent director, audit committee member, and member of the nomination, remuneration, and corporate governance committee. He is stepping down before the end of his term due to other commitments. Following the resignation, these positions will become vacant, and the board of directors will proceed to recruit suitably qualified individuals to fill them in accordance with good corporate governance principles.
