As of April 1, 2026, Blue Foundry Bancorp was acquired by Fulton Financial Corporation. It operates as the bank holding company for Blue Foundry Bank, a savings bank serving individuals and businesses in northern New Jersey. Its offerings include savings, time, and non-interest-bearing deposits; NOW and demand accounts; and residential and commercial real estate, multifamily, construction, consumer, and commercial and industrial loans, as well as junior liens and home equity lines of credit. The company was formerly known as Boiling Springs Bancorp, changed its name to Blue Foundry Bancorp in July 2019, was founded in 1939, and is based in Rutherford, New Jersey.
