Boyd Gaming raises 2026 online EBITDAR outlook to $35M-$40M while targeting $150M quarterly buybacks

Boyd Gaming raised its full-year 2026 EBITDAR guidance for its Online segment by $5 million to a range of $35 million to $40 million, while also increasing its Managed business outlook by $3 million to $113 million to $117 million. The company reported second-quarter revenue growth of 3% and EBITDA growth of 2% when adjusting for the prior year's FanDuel transaction and tax pass-through amounts, with property operating margins holding at 40%. CEO Keith Smith noted that strong performances in the Midwest and South, online, and managed segments were partially offset by continued softness in the Las Vegas destination business, primarily at the Orleans, and ongoing construction disruption at the Suncoast. CFO Josh Hirsberg quantified the destination impact at around $5 million of EBITDAR, similar to the prior quarter, and said the Suncoast disruption was about $3 million for the second quarter, with a similar level expected in the third quarter. The company reiterated its plan to repurchase shares at a $150 million per quarter pace, having bought back $156 million, or 1.9 million shares, at an average price of $83.60 during the quarter, and expects to complete the sale of its Shreveport property by the end of July.
