Caring Brands Completes Initial $4.6 Million Closing of $9 Million Private Placement
Caring Brands Inc., a wellness consumer-products company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker CABR, announced that it has completed an initial closing of $4.6 million under its ongoing $9 million private placement, with proceeds earmarked to launch its new salesforce and marketing campaigns. The initial closing, which occurred on September 1, 2026, involved the sale of convertible preferred shares to accredited investors. The company expects to complete additional closings on a rolling basis, noting that subscription documents for an additional $4.4 million have been executed and funds are expected to clear by September 4, 2026, subject to conditions. Chief Executive Officer Dr. Glynn Wilson said the funding will enable the company to substantially increase revenues at a quicker pace. Caring Brands, which develops patented products for skin and hair growth, plans to launch five products over the next two years and currently generates revenue from Hair Enzyme Booster and Photocil in the U.S. and India.
