CareCloud Q2 2026 revenue up 16%, reaffirms full-year guidance

CareCloud reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $31.9 million, up 16% from $27.4 million a year earlier, and reaffirmed its full-year guidance of $128 million to $132 million in revenue, $29 million to $31 million in adjusted EBITDA, and GAAP earnings per share of $0.20 to $0.23. GAAP net income was $1.1 million, the company's ninth consecutive quarter of GAAP profitability, while adjusted EBITDA was $5.9 million. The company completed the redemption of all outstanding Series B preferred stock on May 15, funded through a $50 million credit facility with Citizens Bank and Provident Bank, eliminating approximately $3.3 million of annual preferred dividends. CareCloud also announced its acquisition of Empower Healthcare and Compliance Partners, marking its entry into the healthcare compliance and audit defense market, and plans to launch AI-enabled compliance software solutions in the fall of 2026.
