Georgia Capital PLC is a private equity and venture capital firm focused on early-stage, organic growth, and acquisitions, investing from greenfield projects to mature companies. Founded on 5 July 2017, it is based in Tbilisi, Georgia, with additional offices in Tbilisi, Georgia; London, United Kingdom; and Bristol, United Kingdom. It has operated independently of BGEO Group plc since 29 May 2018.
