ICG reports fee-earning AUM up 3% to $88 billion in Q1 FY27

ICG reported fee-earning assets under management of $88 billion for the three months ended 30 June 2026, a 3% increase from the prior quarter and a 10% rise year-on-year on a constant currency basis. Total AUM stood at $126 billion, with net additions to fee-earning AUM of $2.4 billion driven by $4.4 billion in gross additions and $2.0 billion in realisations. Fundraising reached $4.1 billion in the quarter, led by $2.2 billion for Structured Capital & Secondaries, including $2.1 billion for Europe IX, which stood at €11 billion and is on track to close at €12 billion, making it ICG’s largest-ever co-mingled fund and the largest structured capital fund ever raised globally. The company also announced the launch of SRE III and SDP VI, with first closes expected before the end of FY27, and declared a final dividend of 59.3p per share for FY26, payable on 31 July 2026.
