CVC Income & Growth Limited is a closed-ended fixed income fund of funds launched by Goldman Sachs International and managed by CVC Credit Partners Investment Management Ltd. It invests in Western European fixed income markets, primarily allocating all of its assets to units of CVC European Credit Opportunities S.àr.l, which invests in sub-investment grade senior secured debt obligations of companies across diversified sectors. The fund benchmarks its portfolio against the S&P European Leveraged Loan Index, iBoxx EUR Liquid High Yield Index, S&P Europe 350 Index, and HFRX Global Hedge Fund Index. Formerly known as CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited, it was formed on March 20, 2013 and is domiciled in Jersey.
