Cypherpunk Technologies Inc. is a privacy technology company that implements a digital asset strategy anchored by Zcash in the United States. It identifies, develops, invests in, acquires, and builds privacy-enhancing technologies, and accumulates digital assets such as ZCash. The company also develops biomarker-targeted antibody therapies for cancer and other diseases, including DKN-01, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits Dickkopf-related protein 1 and has completed a Phase 2 study for colorectal cancer, and FL-501, a monoclonal antibody inhibiting the GDF-15 protein that is in preclinical development for cancer cachexia, hyperemesis gravidarum, pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting, and other diseases associated with aging and frailty. Formerly known as Leap Therapeutics, Inc., it changed its name to Cypherpunk Technologies Inc. in November 2025. The company was incorporated in 2011 and is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
