Denny's Corporation owns and operates franchised full-service restaurant chains through its subsidiaries, under the Denny's and Keke's Breakfast Cafe brand names, in the United States and internationally. The company was formerly known as Advantica Restaurant Group, Inc. and changed its name to Denny's Corporation in July 2002. Denny's Corporation was founded in 1953 and is headquartered in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Denny's launches national catering program with ezCater

Denny's has launched a national catering program through a partnership with ezCater, with about 400 locations already offering corporate catering and plans to expand to 1,000 restaurants by the end of September. The catering initiative is the first major rollout under Project Grand Slam, a 24-month turnaround plan announced alongside Christopher Bode's appointment as president and CEO. The plan aims to modernize the diner chain through food innovation, beverages, catering, remodels, retail expansion, and digital transformation. Denny's became a private company last January when its $620 million sale to TriArtisan Capital Advisors, Yadav Enterprises, and Treville Capital Group closed.
