Dover Raises Full-Year EPS Guidance on Broad-Based Demand and Data Center Growth

Dover Corporation raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance, citing strong first-half momentum and high visibility into its second-half order book. All five segments posted positive organic growth, with secular growth markets now comprising 25% of the portfolio, and EBITDA margin expanded 80 basis points due to operational execution and favorable product mix. A production shortfall in the refrigeration business from a complex facility consolidation and labor challenges trimmed organic growth by approximately 1% to 1.5%, though management expects material margin and throughput improvement in the second half as redundant costs are eliminated. The company is doubling capacity for liquid cooling heat exchangers over the next 12 months to meet surging data center demand, and the acquisition of Secora is significantly outperforming its original underwriting case. Capital allocation has shifted toward preserving cash for an improving industrial M&A pipeline, with share repurchases as a secondary option.
