Draganfly has been awarded a five-year contract by the Canadian government to supply uncrewed aircraft systems and training to the Canadian armed forces. The company will provide 100 low-cost tactical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance uncrewed aircraft systems, along with associated ground control stations, payloads, data links, support equipment, documentation, spare parts, and training. Under the terms of the contract, the Canadian government holds an option to order another 4,900 UAS systems for a contractual value of CAD24.25M, or $17.5M, which would bring the total number of UAS systems from Draganfly to 5,000. Shares are about 6% higher ahead of Friday's open, positioning Draganfly to trade in the green for the first time this week.

Draganfly is positioning itself to benefit from a shift toward secure, domestically produced drones as U.S. government agencies replace Chinese-made systems. Draganfly operates manufacturing and engineering facilities in Canada, which strengthens supply-chain resilience and shortens delivery times for U.S. customers. Draganfly's shares have risen 16.7% over the past three months, and its forward price-to-sales ratio of 0.88 is a discount to the industry average of 2.62.

The International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators has launched a national Campus Drone Implementation & Readiness Program for U.S. colleges and universities, selecting Draganfly as its strategic partner to provide drone systems, services, and training. The initiative offers a turnkey framework covering policy, training, and equipment to help campus public safety departments deploy compliant, trusted drone programs aligned with emerging federal requirements. Draganfly Inc. has completed the acquisition of Skip Dynamix Corporation for an aggregate purchase price of up to $7.525 million. Under the terms, $2.525 million was paid at closing and $2.5 million in Draganfly shares valued at $6.46 per share, with the remaining $2.5 million tied to earn-out consideration. The deal expands Draganfly's defense platform portfolio, positioning it to pursue opportunities around the US Department of War and NATO-aligned modernization initiatives. The company plans to integrate Skip Dynamix technologies into its broader defense ecosystem, which includes AI-enabled autonomy, sensor integration, and next-generation mission systems, expecting significant revenue synergies and incremental revenue growth.
