Elicio Therapeutics enters $15 million share offering for ELI-002 7P

Elicio Therapeutics has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement for the sale of 4.380 million shares to two institutional investors and a large existing shareholder, expecting gross proceeds of approximately $15 million. The offering is expected to close on July 6, 2026, with net proceeds primarily funding the planned Phase 1 clinical development of ELI-002 7P in metastatic PDAC. ELI-002 7P is an investigational AMP cancer immunotherapy targeting seven common KRAS mutations. As of March 31, 2026, the company had cash and cash equivalents of $14.9 million, and its first-quarter net loss widened to $11.8 million from $11.2 million a year earlier. The stock closed Wednesday at $5.14, up 31.46%, but fell 7% to $4.78 in overnight trading.
