Electrovaya reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $17.7 million, up from $17.1 million a year earlier, while approximately $5 million of high-voltage battery-system deliveries expected in fiscal 2026 have moved into the first quarter of fiscal 2027 due to supply-chain constraints and project delays. Gross margin improved to 34.9% from 30.8%, and adjusted EBITDA reached a record $3.7 million. The company revised its fiscal 2026 normalized revenue outlook to approximately $70 million to $73 million. Electrovaya also announced an expanded commercial agreement with Amazon covering potential collaboration in material handling, robotics, and stationary energy storage, though related warrants could create future non-cash revenue reductions and dilution.
