Flux Power guides Q1 2027 revenue to $6M-$7M, enters robotics testing

Flux Power Holdings guided first quarter fiscal 2027 revenue to $6 million to $7 million, below analysts' $8.05 million, while announcing entry into robotics testing with more than 70 batteries deployed. CEO Krishna Vanka said fourth quarter fiscal 2026 revenue rose 25% sequentially to $8.2 million, beating estimates, but fell from $16.7 million a year earlier due to a key material handling customer's capital freeze and tariff-related pressures. The company also received official certification from Hyster-Yale Materials Handling for all Class 1, 2, and 3 forklifts and launched its AI-driven SkyEMS 3.0 platform. CFO Kevin Royal said second quarter fiscal 2027 revenue should rebound to $8 million to $9 million, and gross margin should return above 30% once quarterly revenue exceeds $12 million. Cash and cash equivalents ended the quarter at $0.3 million.
