Foremost Clean Energy Ltd. is an exploration-stage company focused on uranium and lithium assets in North America. It holds an option agreement for approximately 70% interest in 10 properties covering over 330,000 acres in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin. The company also has interests in the Murphy Lake South, Hatchet Lake, Turkey Lake, Torwalt Lake, Marten, Wolverine, and Epp Lake properties in northern Saskatchewan, as well as the Blackwing, GR, and CLK properties in the northern portion of Saskatchewan, Canada. Formerly known as Foremost Lithium Resource & Technology Ltd., it changed its name to Foremost Clean Energy Ltd. in September 2024. Incorporated in 2005, it is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
