FUCHS SE nominates Maike Schuh for Supervisory Board election in 2027

FUCHS SE has nominated Maike Schuh for election to its Supervisory Board as a shareholder representative at the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2027. She is expected to become Chair of the Audit Committee, succeeding Ingeborg Neumann who will step down after twelve years. Schuh, 52, brings extensive finance and tax expertise along with international leadership experience from roles at KPMG, Heraeus, and Evonik Industries, where she most recently served on the Executive Board as CFO.
