Getlink SE designs, finances, builds, and operates fixed link infrastructure and transport systems in France and the United Kingdom. It operates through three segments: Eurotunnel, Europorte, and ElecLink. The Eurotunnel segment runs twin tunnels approximately 50 kilometres long under the English Channel, terminals at Folkestone in the UK and Coquelles in France, and passenger shuttle services for vehicles including trucks, cars, coaches, and motorcycles. Europorte provides integrated rail freight services, while ElecLink operates a 1-gigawatt electricity interconnector between France and Great Britain. The company was formerly known as Groupe Eurotunnel S.E. and changed its name to Getlink SE in April 2018. Founded in 1802, it is based in Paris, France.
