Getlink SE designs, finances, builds, and operates fixed link infrastructure and transport systems in France and the United Kingdom. It operates through three segments: Eurotunnel, Europorte, and ElecLink. The Eurotunnel segment runs twin tunnels approximately 50 kilometres long under the English Channel, terminals at Folkestone in the UK and Coquelles in France, and passenger shuttle services for vehicles including trucks, cars, coaches, and motorcycles. Europorte provides integrated rail freight services, while ElecLink operates a 1-gigawatt electricity interconnector between France and Great Britain. The company was formerly known as Groupe Eurotunnel S.E. and changed its name to Getlink SE in April 2018. Founded in 1802, it is based in Paris, France.

Getlink Reports Mixed August Shuttle Traffic

Getlink SE reported its August 2026 shuttle traffic, with LeShuttle Freight carrying 90,033 trucks, up 5% from August 2025, while LeShuttle passenger vehicles totaled 318,524, down 5% year-over-year. Since January, freight volumes have exceeded 780,000 trucks, and passenger vehicles have reached nearly 1.55 million. The company will publish September figures on October 8, 2026.

Getlink Upgrades 2026 EBITDA Guidance After Strong First-Half Growth

Getlink SE has raised its full-year 2026 EBITDA guidance to between €835 million and €870 million following a 12% increase in first-half EBITDA to €404 million. Group revenue rose 13% to €824 million, driven by a 71% surge in Eleclink revenue to €157 million and a 3% increase in Eurotunnel revenue to €574 million, while Europorte revenue climbed 12% to €93 million. Net profit for the period reached €118 million, up 7%, and the cash position stood at €1,361 million as of 30 June 2026. The upgraded outlook reflects strong commercial momentum at Eurotunnel and €305 million in already secured Eleclink revenue for the full year, representing 98% of the interconnector's 2026 capacity.
