HUHUTECH International Group Inc. Ordinary Shares

HUHUTECH International Group Inc. announced a $580,000 contract for vacuum exhaust pipeline insulation systems at an international semiconductor manufacturer's East Hiroshima facility in Japan. The project will be executed through its Japanese subsidiary, Huhu Technology. Last month, the company disclosed that its German subsidiary received purchase orders totaling approximately €13.9 million, or about US$15.0 million, for High-Purity Process system engineering projects at a leading European pure-play semiconductor foundry's new advanced-node wafer fab in Dresden.

HUHUTECH International Group has surpassed RMB 13.1 million in cumulative project awards from facilities affiliated with BYD since 2022. The four-year relationship spans gas detection, gas monitoring, and facility-management systems across multiple manufacturing sites, with additional projects delivered in 2026. The awards cover Gas Detection Systems, Gas Monitoring Systems, and Facility Monitoring and Control Systems, including toxic-gas detection and monitoring for advanced manufacturing facilities. CEO Yujun Xiao said the repeat awards validate the company's performance and service, and HUHUTECH intends to pursue additional opportunities in the new energy vehicle, semiconductor, and advanced-manufacturing sectors.
