I2 Enterprise Public Company Limited, or I2, has won a battery energy storage system (BESS) project along with an eight-year service contract worth 210 million baht from PEA ENCOM, opening the door for the company to play a role in clean energy infrastructure and to gradually recognise revenue on a quarterly basis through 2034. The deal is part of I2's strategy to increase its weighting in the clean energy business from a base centred on information technology, in order to ride the Energy Transition wave. The company is not stopping at BESS but is building an energy business portfolio covering Smart Grid, Solar PPA, ESCO and EV Charging. I2 currently has a total backlog of 713 million baht and in the second half of 2026 will continue to bid for government and state enterprise work in Infrastructure, Data Center, AI and Smart Grid & BESS to support its target of 20% growth in operating results for 2026.

I2 Enterprise Public Company Limited (I2) has signed a contract with PEA ENCOM Smart Solutions Company Limited (PEA ENCOM) to provide long-term service, repair, and warranty (LTSA) for the battery energy storage system (BESS) at the battery station on Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province, valued at 210 million baht (including VAT), for a period of 8 years, from June 29, 2026, to June 30, 2034. Revenue will be recognized quarterly. This project is part of the clean energy infrastructure on Koh Samui, which enhances the stability of the power system and supports tourism. Mr. Athiporn Limcharoen, Chief Executive Officer, stated that this contract generates recurring income, reduces volatility, and brings the total backlog to 713 million baht, which will be recognized continuously until 2034. The company continues to bid for government and state enterprise projects in infrastructure, data centers, AI, and smart grid & BESS to drive 20% growth in 2026 and will significantly increase the proportion of revenue from the energy business, alongside its existing information technology business.

I2 Enterprise Public Company Limited, or I2, announced its operating results for the first six months of 2026, posting a net profit of 6.05 million baht, a turnaround from a net loss of 1.71 million baht in the same period last year. In the second quarter of 2026, the company recorded a net loss of 0.26 million baht, narrowing from a net loss of 2.69 million baht in the second quarter of 2025. Net earnings per share for the six-month period stood at 0.0144 baht, compared with a loss per share of 0.0041 baht a year earlier. The auditor included an emphasis of matter or other matters in an unqualified report.

I2 Enterprise Public Company Limited, or I2, has established a new subsidiary named Premier Systems Solution Company Limited to penetrate the SME market, which forms a large business base in the country with over 3 million entrepreneurs, accounting for more than 99% of all businesses. The subsidiary will provide design, system planning, procurement, and installation of information and communication technology systems, as well as energy systems, specifically for SME customers. This business expansion builds on the existing base of large corporate clients and government projects, moving into the SME market which is many times larger and still has significant market gaps. Management targets revenue growth of 20% in 2026 from the previous year and is confident that the new subsidiary will be a key driver supporting strong and sustainable growth.
