IIG unveils JUMP+ plan to build AI-CRM, targets 20 million baht net profit in 2028
IIG is pressing ahead with its turnaround after gross margin reached 16.6% in the second quarter of 2026, up from 13.4% in the same period a year earlier, helping to cut its net loss by as much as 50%, with total revenue of 163 million baht, flat compared with the same period last year. Ms. Chanoknan Thiamrat, investor relations officer at I&I Group Public Company Limited, or IIG, said the company is placing more weight on its consulting and ERP design-and-installation business, focusing more on Oracle software, while resizing its customer relationship management, or CRM, projects, namely Salesforce, to fit clients' budgets, and tightening sales and administrative expenses to boost margins. The trend for the third quarter of 2026 is expected to be close to that of the first half. Under the JUMP+ Plan for 2026 to 2028, the company is developing an AI Intelligent Platform, or AI-CRM, for the Thailand and Southeast Asia markets, which is more than 40% complete and is targeted for commercial launch within the third quarter of 2026. It aims for AI-CRM revenue of 30 million baht in 2028 and expects net profit of no less than 20 million baht within 2028, under assumptions of 10% annual revenue growth and an 8% net profit margin.
