Immuneering Corporation is a late-stage oncology company that develops medicines for broad populations of cancer patients in the United States. Immuneering Grants Inducement Stock Options to New CFO and Employee

Immuneering Corporation granted inducement stock options to its newly appointed CFO Andrew Gengos and a non-executive employee. Mr. Gengos received an option to purchase 650,000 shares of Class A common stock at an exercise price of $4.78 per share, the closing price on July 16, 2026, with a ten-year term and a four-year vesting schedule. The non-executive employee was granted an option for 32,400 shares at the same exercise price, vesting 25% on July 16, 2027 and the remainder monthly over three years. Both awards were made under the company's 2025 Employment Inducement Award Plan as material inducements to employment.
