Intensity Therapeutics targets INVINCIBLE-4 enrollment completion by end of 2027 while seeking $30M to finish INVINCIBLE-3
Intensity Therapeutics aims to complete enrollment in its INVINCIBLE-4 study by the end of 2027, with about 45 more patients needed, while it requires an incremental $30 million to finish the INVINCIBLE-3 trial. During the Q2 2026 earnings call, CEO Lewis Bender said the FDA has reviewed an amended protocol for INVINCIBLE-3 and newer patient enrollment is expected to begin in the next couple of months. CFO Joseph Talamo noted the company had $9.5 million in cash as of June 30, 2026, and raised $1.6 million in net proceeds under a $60 million at-the-market facility during the quarter, with an additional $1.3 million raised since then. Management plans to limit enrollment to avoid outrunning cash balances and will continue to tap the ATM, while partnership discussions remain very early. INVINCIBLE-4 enrollment had been paused due to localized skin issues but has resumed under an amended dosing protocol.
