Investec Selects Infosys Finacle SaaS Platform on Microsoft Azure for Digital Banking Transformation

Investec has selected the Infosys Finacle Digital Banking Solution Suite on Microsoft Azure to modernize its banking operations across South Africa, the UK, Mauritius, and the Channel Islands. The multi-country transformation program will see the bank migrate from legacy platforms to a multi-region Finacle SaaS platform, adopting the Finacle Deposits Suite, Lending Suite, Virtual Accounts Management, and Liquidity Management Solution. The cloud-native implementation, procured through the Microsoft Marketplace, is designed to enhance business agility, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting AI adoption and real-time data capabilities. Lyndon Subroyen, Global Head of Digital and Technology for Investec Group, described the partnership as a step change in the bank's digital journey, emphasizing that digital is now integral to growth and client relationships. Infosys Finacle CEO Sajit Vijayakumar highlighted that the next-generation, API-rich platform will help Investec accelerate innovation and deliver more intelligent, personalized experiences at scale.

Investec Bank discloses dealings in Advanced Medical Solutions Group

Investec Bank plc, acting as exempt principal trader and connected advisor and joint broker to Advanced Medical Solutions Group Plc, disclosed dealings on 24th June 2026. The bank purchased 1,053,512 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 239 to 241 pence per share and sold 1,052,012 ordinary shares at the same price range.
