The split will combine every nine shares into one, reducing outstanding shares from approximately 7,029,608 to about 781,068, with fractional shares rounded up. Trading on a split-adjusted basis begins at market open on August 7 under the ticker IPW, and the new CUSIP is 46265P404. The move aims to raise the per-share price to maintain Nasdaq Capital Market listing compliance.
