Kuehn Law Investigates iRhythm Technologies Officers and Directors for Breach of Fiduciary Duties

Kuehn Law, PLLC is investigating whether certain officers and directors of iRhythm Technologies, Inc. breached their fiduciary duties to shareholders. The investigation stems from a federal securities lawsuit alleging that insiders caused the company to misrepresent or fail to disclose that the Zio AT monitor was a real-time monitor intended for high-risk patients, and that they touted its growth potential as an innovative product just beginning to penetrate the real-time monitoring market. These misrepresentations allegedly caused iRhythm common stock to trade at artificially inflated prices. Shareholders who currently own IRTC and purchased prior to November 5, 2021 are encouraged to contact the firm immediately, as there may be limited time to enforce their rights.

iRhythm Holdings Dropped Despite Beat-And-Raise Results, Says Carillon Eagle Fund

iRhythm Holdings shares fell even after the company posted beat-and-raise results, according to the Carillon Eagle Small Cap Growth Fund's first-quarter 2026 investor letter. The fund cited broader weakness in the healthcare equipment and supplies industry as investors rotated into cyclical and technology stocks. Additional pressure came from a US Department of Justice Civil Investigative Demand received in December related to mobile cardiac telemetry services rendered in 2023 via iRhythm's Zio AT device, though the inquiry is limited in scope and accounts for only a small portion of total sales. The fund noted the risk has already been priced in and did not read much into the company's recent change of auditors. iRhythm Holdings closed at $112.47 per share on June 24, 2026, with a one-month return of negative 2.72% and a 52-week loss of 26.34%.
