Janus Living Raises 2026 FFO Guidance After 45% Revenue Jump

Janus Living reported second-quarter revenue rose 45% year over year, adjusted EBITDA increased 34%, and adjusted FFO per share grew 40%, driven by organic growth and approximately $800 million of first-half acquisitions.
