KC pays first installment of XPG debt, 10 million baht, releasing 5 land plots as collateral on 18 September

K.C. Property Public Company Limited, or KC, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has paid the first installment of the third tranche under its new debt restructuring agreement with XSpring Capital Public Company Limited, or XSpring, totaling 10 million baht, and has proceeded to redeem and release five land plots pledged as collateral. This first payment is part of the total third tranche of 30 million baht, which KC must pay within five months from the signing date of 1 July 2026, and which may be split into no more than two installments of not less than 10 million baht each, subject to XSpring's consent. The first 10 million baht payment consists of 6.44 million baht in principal, being the remainder of the 16.71 million baht that XSpring received from the Bangkok Metropolitan Legal Execution Office, Area 1, on 11 August 2026 from the auction sale of assets in case number My 191/2561, after deducting expenses, fees, and default interest under the agreed conditions. The remaining 3.56 million baht was paid by KC by cheque payable to XSpring on 11 September 2026, and the funds were credited to XSpring's account on 14 September 2026. After the full 10 million baht was paid, KC submitted a request to redeem the mortgage on five land plots located in the Garden Home Min Buri project. On 15 September 2026, XSpring carried out the relevant steps to release the collateral to the company, and the mortgage redemption is scheduled to be registered at the Land Office on 18 September 2026. KC stated that it will complete the mortgage redemption procedures on schedule, will continue to monitor compliance with the debt restructuring agreement, and will further notify shareholders, investors, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand of any significant progress.
