Luminar Technologies, Inc. is an automotive technology company that provides sensor technologies and software for passenger cars and commercial trucks across North America, the Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. On December 15, 2025, Luminar Technologies, Inc., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
