MicroVision has approved a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock. The split will become effective on August 1, 2026, with shares trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market starting August 3, 2026, under the ticker MVIS. The move is intended to raise the per-share trading price to meet Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.
