Lovesac Posts Flat Q1 Sales, Projects Full-Year Profitability

The Lovesac Company reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 net sales of $138.2 million, down 0.1% year over year, while projecting full-year net income between $5 million and $12 million. The slight sales decline was attributed to the closure of its Best Buy shop-in-shop locations and a 1% drop in omni-channel comparable net sales. Net loss widened to $11.1 million, or $0.76 per share, from $10.8 million, or $0.73 per share, a year earlier. CEO Shawn David Nelson said a new high-end sectional platform is on track to launch and should drive further market share gains, with delivery services rolling out nationally. For the full year, the company expects net sales of $700 million to $740 million.
