MaxsMaking receives Nasdaq delisting notice after trading suspension

MaxsMaking has received a Nasdaq staff delisting determination following an SEC temporary trading suspension on November 17, 2025, after which Nasdaq halted trading in MAMK shares on December 2, 2025.
