Marker Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company that develops and commercializes T cell-based immunotherapies for hematological malignancies and solid tumors in the United States. Its multi-antigen recognizing (MAR)-T cell therapy technology selectively expands non-engineered tumor-specific T cells that recognize tumor-associated antigens and kill tumor cells expressing those targets. The company is developing MT-601 in Phase 1 trials for lymphoma and pancreatic cancer, and MT-401-OTS in a Phase 1 trial for acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. Formerly known as TapImmune, Inc., it changed its name to Marker Therapeutics, Inc. in October 2018, was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
