Masonglory Limited approves 8-for-1 share consolidation and reclassification into dual-class shares

Masonglory Limited shareholders approved an 8-for-1 share consolidation and a subsequent reclassification into dual-class shares at an extraordinary general meeting on July 31, 2026. The consolidation will combine every eight existing shares of US$0.0001 par value into one share of US$0.0008 par value, reducing the authorized share capital from 500,000,000 shares to 62,500,000 shares while keeping total authorized capital at US$50,000. Following the consolidation, the 62,500,000 shares will be reclassified into 60,000,000 Class A ordinary shares carrying one vote each and 2,500,000 Class B ordinary shares carrying fifty votes each, both with a par value of US$0.0008.
