The Material Handling segment designs, manufactures, and markets plastic, metal, and rubber products, including reusable containers, pallets, bins, bulk shipping containers, OEM parts, storage and organization items, custom plastic products, composite ground protection matting, and consumer fuel containers and tanks for water, fuel, and waste handling, as well as injection molded, rotationally molded, compression molded, and blow molded products. This segment serves industrial manufacturing, food processing, retail and wholesale distribution, agriculture, automotive, recreational and marine vehicles, healthcare, appliance, bakery, electronics, textiles, construction, infrastructure, and consumer markets under brands including Akro-Mils, Jamco, Buckhorn, Ameri-Kart, Scepter, Elkhart Plastics, Trilogy Plastics, and Signature Systems, selling directly to end-users and through distributors. The Distribution segment distributes tools, equipment, and supplies for tire, wheel, and under-vehicle service on passenger, heavy truck, and off-road vehicles, and manufactures and sells tire repair materials, custom rubber products, and reflective highway marking tapes under brands including Myers Tire Supply, Myers Tire Supply International, Tuffy, Mohawk Rubber Sales, Patch Rubber Company, Elrick, Fleetline, MTS, MTS Xpress, Seymoure, Advance Traffic Markings, and MXP. This segment serves retail and truck tire dealers, commercial auto and truck fleets, auto dealers, general service and repair centers, tire re-treaders, truck stop operations, and government agencies. Myers Industries, Inc. was founded in 1933 and is headquartered in Akron, Ohio.
