Myomo raises full-year revenue guidance after second-quarter revenue grows 21%

Myomo raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $45 million to $47 million, up from $43 million to $46 million, after reporting second-quarter revenue of $11.7 million, a 21% increase year over year. The company recognized 211 MyoPro units, a 19% rise, and recorded a quarterly record of 255 orders, up 23%. Gross margin improved to 72.1% from 62.7% a year earlier, and the operating loss narrowed to $2.3 million from $4.6 million. Recurring referral sources generated 53% of quarterly revenue, up from 26% a year earlier, as the company added more than 150 referral sites and expanded its active network to more than 300 locations.
