MySize has entered into definitive agreements to raise approximately $2.5 million through a private placement priced at market under Nasdaq rules. The company will issue 1.31 million shares, or pre-funded warrants, at $1.91 each, alongside Series C and D warrants exercisable at $1.66 per share. The offering is expected to close around September 16, with net proceeds earmarked for general corporate purposes, including working capital. The stock traded about 4.6% higher after market hours on Tuesday.
