Minerva Neurosciences reported its second quarter 2026 financial results and provided business updates, including that the confirmatory Phase 3 trial of roluperidone for negative symptoms of schizophrenia remains on track for topline efficacy data in the second half of 2027. The company recorded a GAAP net income of $17.5 million for the quarter, driven by a $27.6 million non-cash gain on the change in fair value of warrant liability, compared to a net loss of $3.3 million in the prior-year period. Excluding that gain and stock-based compensation, adjusted non-GAAP net loss was $7.8 million versus $3.0 million a year earlier. Cash, cash equivalents, marketable securities and restricted cash stood at approximately $75.4 million as of June 30, 2026. The company also announced the expansion of its Scientific Advisory Board to eleven members to guide the ongoing trial.
