The project comprises an 8-story medical services building and a 6-story energy and research laboratory building, along with the construction of connecting structures and other facilities. The construction period is 1,800 days, which underscores NL's leadership in the construction of highly complex healthcare facilities. This project also enhances the country's capacity for cancer treatment services and adds to the company's backlog portfolio, enabling revenue recognition in 2026 as targeted.

NL Development Public Company Limited, or NL, has secured a new construction project from the Siriraj Foundation. The project involves renovating the exterior walls of the Somdej Phra Boromrajininart Heart Disease Center building, with a total value of 16,065,397.30 baht, including value-added tax. The work covers architectural aspects and has a construction period of 210 days.
