NuRAN Wireless to Delist from Canadian Securities Exchange
NuRAN Wireless Inc., a rural connectivity infrastructure provider in Africa, has applied for a voluntary delisting of its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange, with the final trading day expected to be September 4, 2026, subject to CSE approval. The delisting will not affect its NASDAQ listing, and shares will continue trading under the symbol "NUR". The company cited operational needs, trading volumes, and dual-listing costs as reasons, aiming to centralize trading on NASDAQ for better liquidity and shareholder value. Additionally, director Navindran Naidoo has resigned immediately to pursue other opportunities. NuRAN has over 5,000 sites under contract and operates through a Network-as-a-Service model.
