Nexity reports €12 million current operating profit for first half of 2026, confirms full-year guidance
Nexity posted a current operating profit of €12 million for the first half of 2026, up from €6 million a year earlier, and confirmed its full-year guidance for improved profitability and ongoing deleveraging. Revenue for the New Nexity scope fell 18% to €1.057 billion, driven by a 22% decline in the Planning and Development division, while the Services business held steady at €198 million. Residential reservations totaled 3,858 units, with retail sales down 9% in a market that contracted 15%, and the backlog stood at €3.6 billion. Net debt before lease liabilities rose to €394 million at end-June, while liquidity remained solid at over €560 million. The company also highlighted two large-scale urban regeneration projects and a proposed strategic partnership with Groupe BPCE in new-home distribution.
