Orion S.A. manufactures and sells carbon black products through two segments: Specialty Carbon Black and Rubber Carbon Black. Its specialty grades include post-treated carbon black for coatings and printing, high-purity grades for the fiber industry, and conductive grades for batteries, polymers, and coatings. Rubber carbon black products, including high-reinforcing and semi-reinforcing grades under the ECORAX brand, serve tire and mechanical rubber goods applications. The company operates across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, was formerly known as Orion Engineered Carbons S.A., changed its name to Orion S.A. in June 2023, and was founded in 1862 with headquarters in Senningerberg, Luxembourg.
