Omega Flex, Inc. manufactures and sells flexible metal hoses, fittings, and accessories in the United States, Canada, and internationally. Its products include flexible gas piping for residential and commercial buildings, fittings, containment piping, and corrugated copper tubing for healthcare and laboratory facilities. The company sells under brands such as TracPipe CSST, CounterStrike CSST, AutoFlare, DoubleTrac, DEF-Trac, and MediTrac, serving construction, manufacturing, transportation, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries through independent sales representatives, distributors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, direct sales, and its website. Formerly known as Tofle America, Inc., it changed its name to Omega Flex, Inc. in 1996, was incorporated in 1975, and is based in Exton, Pennsylvania.

Omega Flex Stock Down 6% as Q2 Earnings Decline Year Over Year

Omega Flex shares fell 5.6% after the company reported second-quarter 2026 earnings per share of 27 cents, down 34.1% from 41 cents a year earlier. Net sales declined 5.8% to $24.1 million from $25.5 million, while net income attributable to Omega Flex dropped to $2.7 million from $4.2 million. Gross profit decreased to $13.2 million from $15.4 million, and operating profit fell 35.3% to $3.1 million from $4.7 million, with gross margin contracting to 55% from 60.4% and operating margin narrowing to 12.7% from 18.5%. Management attributed the lower gross profit primarily to increased raw-material costs, including inbound transportation expenses and tariffs, while selling expenses rose 3.7% to $5.4 million due to higher trade-show and advertising spending. Cash and cash equivalents stood at $47.9 million at June 30, down from $53.2 million at Dec. 31, 2025, and the company maintained an unused $15 million revolving credit facility with no outstanding borrowings.
