Planisware raises 2026 targets after H1 revenue hits €106.1 million

Planisware raised its full-year 2026 objectives after reporting first-half revenue of €106.1 million, up 14.8 percent in constant currencies, with growth accelerating to 16.0 percent in the second quarter. Adjusted EBITDA margin improved by 20 basis points to 36.0 percent of revenue, and profit for the period jumped 32.0 percent to €28.6 million. The company now expects at least 13 percent constant-currency revenue growth for 2026, up from a previous low double-digit target, and an adjusted EBITDA margin at least at the 37.4 percent level achieved in fiscal 2025. Cash generation remained strong, with adjusted free cash flow rising 25.3 percent to €41.2 million, representing a cash conversion rate of 107.8 percent, while the net cash position reached €204.5 million after dividend and share buyback payments.

Planisware reports H1 2026 liquidity contract with €9.3 million in buy trades
