Protalix Q2 2026 revenue rises on Elfabrio growth

Protalix BioTherapeutics reported second quarter 2026 total revenues of $19.9 million, up from $15.7 million a year earlier, driven by higher sales of Elfabrio through its partner Chiesi. Net income for the quarter was $3.8 million, or $0.05 per share, compared with $164,000, or $0 per share, in the second quarter of 2025. The company reiterated its full year 2026 revenue guidance and said it expects top-line results from the RELEASE study of PRX-115 in uncontrolled gout in the second half of 2027. Cash, cash equivalents and short-term bank deposits totaled $40.7 million as of June 30, 2026, with no outstanding debt or warrants.
