Panther Securities PLC is a property investment company quoted on the AIM market since 2013. It was previously fully listed and included in the FTSE fledgling index, having first been fully listed as a public company in 1934. The Group owns and manages approximately 900 individual property units within around 120 separately designated buildings across mainland United Kingdom. It focuses mainly on commercial property, investing in good secondary retail, industrial units and offices, and also owns and manages many residential flats in several town centre locations. As a generalist investor without sector or location specialisation in the UK, it handles the majority of its own management and lettings in-house and takes an entrepreneurial approach, assessing each opportunity on its merits.
