It also provides public utility works for communication, transportation, and infrastructure projects; design and construction services; and interior design services comprising consultation, contract, design, and building of furniture, wood jobs, steel, stones, and signage. In addition, the company manufactures and sells precast floor products; and develops and sells real estate properties. It serves government organizations, state enterprises, and private companies. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Nonthaburi, Thailand.

Main revenue came from construction contracting at 2.54 billion baht, floor slab manufacturing at 107.20 million baht, and property development at 165.49 million baht. The company currently has a backlog awaiting revenue recognition of approximately 9.22 billion baht, which will be recognised gradually according to the progress of each project. In the second half of the year, the company will focus on bidding for potential construction projects such as high-rise buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings, industrial factories, hotels, international schools, shopping centres, and hospitals.
