Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited, or PROUD, reported second-quarter 2569 net profit of 106 million baht, up 314% from the same period last year, with total revenue of 1.729 billion baht. For the first half of 2569, net profit was 161 million baht, up 78%, and total revenue was 2.994 billion baht. Growth was driven by ownership transfers at the ROMM Convent project, which began transferring in May 2569, along with continued transfers at the VEHHA Hua Hin project. As a result, the net profit margin for the second quarter of 2569 rose to 6.2% from 1.2% a year earlier. As of 30 June 2569, the company had a sales backlog awaiting ownership transfer worth 4.008 billion baht, which will be gradually recognised as revenue from 2569 to 2571, and it reduced its interest-bearing debt to equity ratio to 1.1 times from 1.9 times at the end of 2568. Mr. Pasu Liptapanlop, executive director, said the company is confident that second-half performance will continue to grow, driven by accelerated ownership transfers at ROMM Convent and a strong quality backlog.
