Peraso reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $1.3 million, up approximately 36% sequentially and above its previous expectations, driven by fulfillment of a previously delayed order to a new fixed wireless access customer. Gross margin was 63.7%, up from 61.5% in the prior quarter and 48.3% a year ago, while GAAP net loss narrowed to $2.2 million, or $0.16 per share, from $2.5 million, or $0.22 per share, in the first quarter. The company ended the quarter with $3.3 million in cash, boosted by $2.4 million in net proceeds from its at-the-market offering program, and announced a committed equity facility with ROTH Principal Investments allowing it to sell up to $25 million of common stock. Peraso Inc. announced the introduction of the PRM2145, a new wireless communications module designed for unmanned aerial vehicles, autonomous systems, and defense communications. The module leverages the company's 60 GHz mmWave technology to deliver secure, low-latency, gigabit-class communications in a compact form factor suited for airborne platforms with strict size, weight, and power constraints. It is intended to support command-and-control links, high-definition video, ISR data, IFF communications, and drone-to-drone links with enhanced resistance to jamming and interference. The PRM2145 is expected to be available for customer evaluation in the fourth quarter of 2026. Peraso believes the product strengthens its position in the growing defense and UAV communications markets.

Peraso has entered into a committed equity facility with Roth Principal Investments for up to $25 million. The facility allows Peraso to sell common shares to RPI at its discretion. Proceeds will support working capital, general corporate purposes, product development, and expansion in the drone, defense, and tactical communications markets.
